Sametime provides presence awareness,
instant messaging and Web conferencing. Using Sametime people discover
if others are available to communicate and collaborate, correspond quickly
through instant messaging and present information through Web conferencing.

BOTS: Our
Bots integrate Sametime awareness and collaboration environment with your
legacy systems. With these tools you can perform tasks like locating information
in your office applications, check on events and even generate real time
support where users chat with your systems assuming they are talking to
a real person.
Also, we have developed technology
over time, allowing us to perform user interface modifications, typically
at run time, adding additional functionality to the IM Client.
